JEFFREY BOLLING (HE/HIM)

Owner of Jeffery B. Jewelers. After leaving the U.S. Military in 1986, he began working in the jewelry industry as a sales associate for Cowell and Hubbard, a Zale’s division store in Akron, Ohio. He quickly discovered that he had natural sales skills and worked his way up to manager of a store in New York.Seeking more independence, Jeffery took a sales job on the road with a company in Los Angeles. He later worked diamond remount shows for several large chain stores, beforere turning to full jewelry sales. Jeffery feels as though he's never worked a day in his lifebecause he truly loves what he does and has no desire to do anything else. His goal is to satisfy the customer’s jewelry needs and to prepare his son to be “the leading jeweler” inthe Denver area for years to come. Jeffery's mantra reflects his love for the jewelry industry and his family business.

BRANDON HUNTER

As the Branch Manager for Great Western Bank, Brandon has over twelve years of Retail Banking experience which includes supervisor roles, banking operations, consumer & small business lending, and community involvement. During these 12 years he has been in a manager/supervisor role for over 8 years. This experience has giving him the opportunity to learn more about his community and how he can give back. He has participated in Habitat for Humanity projects in the past, as well as several different projects for United Way. Currently Brandon is completing a 10 month leadership program with the Urban Leadership Foundation of Colorado, in hopes to continue his growth as leader and being even more involve with the Community. 

Born and raised in a small town from Oklahoma, during his spare time Brandon enjoys being around family and friends. He also enjoys watching sports specifically basketball and football, binge watching a good television series or movie, and traveling.

ELAINE JACKSON (SHE/HER)

Born and raised in Seattle Washington, Elaine earned her masters in Elementary Education at the University of Washington. After several years of teaching in Los Angeles, made her way to Denver. She currently works With Jefferson County as an Instructional Coach in Head Start classrooms. In her spare time, you’ll probably find her at the dog park with her dog Murphy or volunteering her time with the Mayor’s Youth Commission.

RICHARD LEWIS (HE/HIM)

The owner of RTL Networks, Inc., Richard is a graduate of the United States Air Force Academy and William and Mary’s MBA program. Additionally, he has a Master’s in Computer Systems Security and 23 years of military and corporate leadership experience. Mr. Lewis received his honorable discharge from the U. S. Air Force at the rank of Captain after serving his country in Operation Southern Watch and various international assignments. Before founding RTL Networks, Inc., Mr. Lewis served in senior leadership positions for Cisco Systems, Qwest, and Avaya, where he was responsible for developing and executing strategic plans and delivering network consulting services to Fortune 500 and national service providers. As President/CEO of RTL Networks, Mr. Lewis has effectively leveraged his education and wealth of past experiences to grow his company from an idea into a multi-million-dollar organization.

MOLLIE HADDIGAN MULBERRY (SHE/HER)

A pediatric nurse practitioner and nursing faculty at Regis University in Denver, Colorado. She enjoys working with underresourced, vulnerable children to help promote family health and well-being. She is passionate about antiracism, educational justice and health equity work within her community, workplace, and professional organizations. She is the mother of an 8-year old Black boy and has been married to her husband, Andy, for almost 21 years. She has participated in the Sims-Fayola Equity in Education Leadership program and helped bring Dedric’s work to Stedman Elementary School. She is grateful for what the Sims-Fayola foundation has done for her personally, her son, and the community and is proud and humbled to serve this important organization. Mollie is also a 200 hour trained yoga teacher and is completing a children’s yoga training. She has taught yoga in schools and hopes to reach more students with this work.

DANA SMITH (HE/HIM)

A business strategy executive for Gloo, an advanced data analytics and technology company serving organizations dedicated to improving people’s lives using big data and engagement frameworks. Previously, Mr. Smith served as Director of Sales for ePlus, an American IT asset selling and financing company headquartered in Herndon, Virginia, where he was responsible for organizational effectiveness, business process improvement, and business development. Prior to ePlus, Mr. Smith was the Vice President of Sales for the Americas with IO Data Centers, the industry leader in software defined data centers. At IO, Mr. Smith led commercial sales and was responsible for over 1.6 million square feet of data center inventory. Prior to IO, Mr. Smith held a number of executive leadership positions at Digital Realty Trust and Internap. Mr. Smith supports numerous community initiatives and serves on the advisory boards of Factorz and BWG Strategy. Mr. Smith holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration degree from CUNY. He resides in Denver, CO with his wife and enjoys spending his leisure time with their six children and grandchildren.
